1 Enormous Idea Inc, February 24, 2006 - 1 Enormous Idea released a set of Bible reading tools for the DotNetNuke portal system. 

The set is designed to run from a standalone Mysql database or a web service which is available at www.1enormousidea.com. The set includes a keyword search, bible browser, Easton’s dictionary and a random verse control.  The search and bible browser use Ajax technology to retrieve scriptures. Scriptures display in multiple translations via a tabbed view. So the user can read the selected scriptures in multiple translations without the standard postback actions of browsing the internet.

The tools are also come with a configuration page which allows the site administrator to pre-select the translations of the bible which will be displayed. In addition the site can switched between the web service and database by changing the settings.
